Shipping Time & Options

• Shipping times range from 3 to 10 days, depending on the customer's location and the selected shipping option.

• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, SMS, or through your store account.

Packaging & Protection

• We take great pride in properly packaging every order to ensure optimal protection during transit.

• All items are securely packed to minimize the risk of damage.

Shipping Liability

• DRPM Collectors TCG is not responsible for any damages caused by the shipping provider. Once the package leaves our facility, we have no control over handling by the carrier.

• If your package arrives damaged, we recommend contacting the shipping provider directly to file a claim.

Tracking & Support

• Once your shipping label has been created, tracking information will be sent to you via email, SMS, or your store account.
